A Portable Modular Home is a prefabricated dwelling built off-site, delivered in a compact form, and expanded on-site.
Yes, if the home is used as a permanent residence like the “Limutau 20”, “Tanealaepa 30” and the “Muliaga 40” homes. A government approval is then required and we will do all that for you.
Usually, manufacturing and shipping takes 3 – 4 months. Once delivered, installation and utility hookup typically takes just a few days.
You’ll need a leveled area and a basic foundation — such as a concrete slab, piers, or pads. We provide it all for the permanent homes (“Limutau 20”, “Tanealaepa 30” and the “Muliaga 40”). You’ll also need access for a truck and crane. We do the work, connecting utilities (water, electricity, sewer/septic).
Yes, we will arrange it all. For the “Limutau 20”, “Tanealaepa 30” and the “Muliaga 40” homes the following is included: Shipping & Customs, Duty & Clearance. Full installation, Permit, Site preparation, Septic tank, Foundation, Electrical & Plumbing works.
Absolutely. Our homes are built with thick insulated panel walls, double-glazed windows, and steel frames. They’re designed for Pacific Island climate.
Yes! Some of our customers go off-grid or partially self-sufficient. We offer optional solar pre-wiring, water tank hookups, and battery storage integration. Let us know your vision, and we’ll help you plan for it.
Yes, especially in our bigger Permanent homes, Mid-Range and Luxury models. From benchtop styles to bathroom upgrades, room configurations, appliance packages, and smart home tech — we can tailor your home to suit your taste and budget. We’ll walk you through all available options during the quoting process.
Very. All models use galvanized steel framing, weather-resistant exterior cladding, and premium fittings. These are not “converted shipping containers” — they’re purpose-built homes engineered for long-term comfort, safety, and style.
